Where the lessons take place<\/h3>\n

I teach in the rooms of Matsya Yoga<\/a> in Rossatz \u2013 in the old kindergarten next to the church. The practice and the lessons are independent; only the place is shared.<\/p>\n

Current course<\/h3>\n

Every Tuesday from 17:45 to 18:45, starting 20 October 2026, you can join at any time. 8 lessons for 80 euros. Details under Current dates<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Prices<\/h3>\n

Group lesson (Awareness Through Movement): 15 euros<\/strong> per person and lesson. Within the running course, 8 lessons cost 80 euros.
Individual lesson (Functional Integration): 80 euros<\/strong> per lesson, around 60 minutes.<\/p>\n

Getting here<\/h3>\n

Rossatz lies on the southern bank of the Danube in the Wachau, opposite D\u00fcrnstein. From Krems it is about 15 minutes by car, from Mautern about 10 and from Spitz about 20 minutes. In the warmer months Rossatz can also be reached by ferry from D\u00fcrnstein. There is parking directly on site, and the Danube cycle path passes nearby.<\/p>\n

What to bring<\/h3>\n

Comfortable clothes you can move in easily, and warm socks. Everything else is here. No previous experience is needed.<\/p>\n

The Feldenkrais Method is a way of learning. It does not replace medical examination, diagnosis or therapy.<\/em><\/p>\n
