Awareness Through Movement

In group lessons, or Awareness through Movement, gentle movements are guided verbally. The movement sequences have their roots in early childhood development and enable us to revive “lost” possibilities and to develop new strategies to move with ease and freedom.

Our movements are controlled by the brain/nervous. Conversely, the brain is also influenced by movements. This means new connections can be created and unused areas can be reactivated.

The lessons playfully motivate you to create more opportunities and well-being in and around yourself.

Through these gentle movements, full of awareness, we change our brains/nervous, our movements, our perspective; and therefore we change ourselves.
