Feldenkrais lessons in Rossatz

All lessons take place in Rossatz in the Wachau, in the rooms of Matsya Yoga – about 15 minutes from Krems. You need no previous experience and no particular flexibility. Comfortable clothes and warm socks are enough.

Individual lesson – Functional Integration

In an individual lesson I guide you through a movement lesson with gentle touch, tuned to your own question. A lesson lasts around 60 minutes and costs 80 euros.

Group lesson – Awareness Through Movement

In a group lesson I guide slow, effortless movement sequences with my voice. 15 euros per person and lesson; within the running course, 8 lessons for 80 euros. You will find the current dates here.

Child’Space – for babies and parents

Child’Space shows parents and care givers how to support their baby’s natural movement development – from the first weeks of life until a child walks freely.

Feldenkrais for musicians

As a violist I know the questions of musicians from my own experience: neck and shoulders, breath and embouchure, practice load, returning to the instrument after a break.

Which form suits me?

The group lesson is a good and affordable way to start. An individual lesson makes sense when there is a specific theme or when you would like to move forward more quickly. Many people combine both. You will find more under frequently asked questions.
